AVOID ABSOLUTELY ELITE WHEELS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS AND SERVICE! Attention arnaque ! Élite Wheels and tyres UK fait des offres commerciales sur eBay qu'il n'est pas capable de tenir: Pour ma part je n'ai reçu que les jantes sur un set complet de 4 roues + pneus PIRELLI Jaguar SVR; en plus les jantes avaient des défauts tels que des rayures et le logo jaguar est un simple sticker et non pas peint comme sur les jantes originales de la voiture... (cf photos) De plus les frais de port sont exorbitants, 4x le prix réel de l'envoi; et ces 75 % de surfacturation des frais de port sont reventilés sur le prix de la marchandise dans la facture que vous recevez avec la marchandise. Élite Wheels est même capable de fournir une fausse facture de frais de port fictifs, éditée en PDF sur le web (cf photo) Si vous (osez!) exprimez votre désaccord au vendeur, un dénommé Chris Cook, il se met à essayer de vous intimider... et si ça ne marche pas, il vous insulte carrément : voir photo ci-dessous. Bref: a fuir absolument!! Une très très mauvaise expérience. Le cas a du être traité par le service litiges international d eBay: qui m a remboursé intégralement suite à la tentative d'escroquerie d Élite Wheels. As far as I'm aware they are affiliated with an electrical specialist in Aylesbury, which is why I went in there to ask about an audio harness. As it happened the particular item I needed was no longer available, but the chap in the shop made one up for me to fit and didn't charge me for labour. The shop is not particularly clean and shiny, but it's what you expect from this type of place. And at least they are helpful, know their stuff and don't try to rip you off if they think you don't know any better!

The owner Jim is a top bloke that will always do his best for you at a price you can afford. Straight up honest and truthful and doesn't try and blag you into any work that doesn't need doing (like some garages do). His team work on all types of motors even the more obscure American models such as Dodge, Chrysler etc. My only regret is I'm now posted to a separate base and I'll no doubt struggle to find an equally good garage to get my car fixed!
