We have a 20 year old dining set; including 6 chairs. We love it and didn't want to replace for many reasons. I am a massage therapist whose livelihood depends in part on my massage table. This table, after only about three years, started losing its covering, which I thought was vinyl, even though the frame was still in perfect condition. I wasn't sure what to do about this; I didn't want to get a new table already. Eventually I called a few upholsterers in my area and when I reached Luis I had a good feeling. I ended up taking my table to him a couple of days later, and he took one look at my table and made a face. "This isn't vinyl, it's plastic melted into fabric. No wonder it's falling apart." He offered me a re-covering in real vinyl for a reasonable price. In less than a week it was finished, and it looks and feels better than when I first got the table. I am very pleased. Luis is personable, knowledgeable, and does great work. As soon as I met him I knew I could trust him to do right by me. I would recommend him to any therapist who needs their table re-covered. He does a lot of other things as well, and I would imagine he is just as good with those. read more

I have a new house that had eves that were not too deep, and the door was facing NE where, when the rain hit the front door, it just forced its way in. Consequently, I had drywall issues inside that had been repaired at closing, but needed repairing again within a couple of months. So I asked Luis to create an awning for me. I wanted something a little different, was concerned that fabric couldn't hold up, but liked the look of fabric awnings. Luis took on my job and he and his helper did a great job of creating a front porch awning that is sturdy, looks great with weatherproof Sun-Umbrella material, and does a fantastic job of keeping water from coming in the house!
