Secondly, this is considered a small job so making an appointment takes forever. Mike responded immediately. He came out when he was supposed to, and rewelded my hinges in no time. His fee was beyond reasonable. To top it off, he noted my gate swung and rubbed against the cement. No fault of his, but something I had a problem with for ten years. He came back two days later and grinded down my cement to allow better gate movement at no charge! Who does that? Well Mike does. Wow. Highly recommend.
