What an authentic Irish Pub - Marseilles France! I went there ummm, maybe a lil too often on my…read morerecent trip to Marseilles. The Guiness was as good as you get in Dublin or elsewhere in Ireland. The bartender and the rest of the team was very nice and helpful - something you dont often see in an Irish Pub - no matter where in the world its located. Also, the burgers etc were pretty darn good. I'd go back AND I didnt think Id ever say that about an Irish Pub. :)

Super pub ! Ce pub était là avant que les pubs soient à la…read moremode (j'y était pour l'ouverture il y a plus de 15 ans !) et il ne m'a jamais déçu. C'est sans doute le pub le plus authentique de Marseille et j'y ai toujours passé un bon moment, que ce soit pour une soirée entre amis, un match de rugby ou une pinte par une calme après-midi d'hiver près de la cheminée. Les prix sont raisonnables et le service agréable. En plus c'est ouvert le dimanche ce qui est plutôt rare dans le quartier. J'espère qu'il sera encore là dans 15 ans !

I was here during St. Patrick's Day. They were serving "buy-1-get-1 free" mojito. It was sooooo…read moregood! I mean I can't complain, I was in France after all. No offense. The bar/café was packed with youngsters. The setting and location of the café over looked the Vieux Port. It was a beautiful sight especially when the sunset. The orange hue radiated throughout the harbor. It was something I've never experienced. After the sunset, we proceeded inside because it started getting cold. The inside of the café was more lively and had dance music for everyone to enjoy. Comfy seat were present and so were the kind servers. I hope to come back here again and enjoy some mojito. :)

I guess what makes me go there is just the convenience and the happy hour double drink, what makes…read moreit very affordable. The service is terrible! The waiter don't come to get your order and when it happens, takes ages to bring. And the ice on the cake is that it doesn't really seem clean. The toilet is always dirt and stinky... At some point I just consider buying things at the supermarket and go drink anywhere else.
