Family-owned and -operated bistro, a little off the beaten path. We serve Provençal and Corsican cuisine freshly prepared with the finest ingredients from Provence or imported directly from Corsica.
Lunch features two "plats du jour" - typically a meat dish and a seafood dish. Friday and Saturday lunch is aïoli: a platter of 3 kinds of seafood and 7 vegetables with all-you-can-eat aïoli sauce. Come hungry!
Dinner is gastro pub fare - creatively prepared and presented local specialties. Vegetarians and gluten-free diners are most welcome.
History
Established in 2014.
For over 30 years Roland Marquet has been delighting locals with his famous Provençal aïoli, Corsican platters, and above all, his razor sharp wit. In 2017 the Bistrot expanded to include his son Jacky's gastro pub fare in the evenings. Ingredients are sought out from local, small scale producers and lovingly prepared with freshness and flavor in mind. Far from the tourist traps, this is not a restaurant but an experience in authentic cuisine with flare.

We are a father-son team who believe, simply, that good food shouldn't be complicated. What we're about: quality ingredients lovingly prepared in classic and creative ways, some good wine, in a relaxed and cozy setting.
