All three of us had the same dish: the sea bass with asparagus and a side order of spinach. Bread and water were brought to us and no charge was made for these wonderful additions. The bass was broiled perfectly and the accompanying sauce featured chopped vegetables, perfect for the asparagus (both green and white). Everything, we all agreed, was superb. The waiter was a delight, the ambiance decidedly local with a wonderful addition of some recruits from the parachute regiment stationed across the road. The waiter made time to chat with us and proudly shared that the chef, his boss, was a Michelin rated chef. This restaurant is a hidden gem.
