People were so friendly to me including the servers. They were with smiles. The food was phenomenally good. I had the shrimp and scallop pasta and it was amazingly delicious. Everything was properly cooked and it tasted fantastic. The chocolate moose was great too. The interior of the restaurant was Frenchie, I got to watch people while enjoying the delicious food and appreciating the good service. I would return for more.

There was a hair in my plate. A long black hair, definitely not mine not anyone in my table (2 other coworkers). Food didn't meet the expectations, and the special TUNA FISH was just ok.

The escargot was the best I've ever had. Everything was delicious and the ambiance was just what we were looking for. Fun experience

Great French food in a typical Brasserie. Highly recommended by locals and it met all expectations. Try the tartare and the oysters.

Lovely location overlooking the Capitole in the middle of town center…read more They appear to do a brisk business and were busy throughout our lunch. We were seated quickly, but it took a long time to get service and water at the table. Non-smokers, beware. We were surrounded an all sides by tobacco cigarettes and vaping. Ash trays on all tables. Portions were generous, but flavor was minimal. Chicken was moist, vegetables were softer than I enjoy. Fries were average. Apple pie was served hot, but I found it bland (spouse did enjoy it). Appreciated English-speaking service! Thank you. Updated to add: restroom inside. No towels.

I started with the fois Gras, served with confit, toast and jam which was incredibly buttery (fatty) and mild, but WAAY over salted (to the point that I couldn't enjoy the dish) . It was like eating a pat of butter that had been rolled in course salt. A disappointing start. For my my entree, my waiter recommended the grilled calamari, a special and not on the menu. After the fois Gras, I admit that I was very nervous. The calamari arrived piping hot and was perfectly seasoned, perfectly grilled, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled generously with crispy pan fried garlic. Devine! The dish came with a yummy side of mixed shredded veggies (also grilled with olive oil) and rice. The day was saved! I would return, however, would avoid the Fois Gras and would stick to the waiters recommendations.
