Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. As I was visiting Orlando during NYE, I was able to find affordable and equally stylish shirts with " Disneyworld 2025". They also often have discounts, such as buy two shirts for $25 or $28, and have new arrivals at least monthly! Will definitely be back next time I'm going to Disneyworld!

I ended up getting Fragment inspired ears instead because I thought they were cute, though I did almost end up with a pair of Nightmare Before Christmas inspired ears. While I normally wouldn't spend almost $40 on an item I can't see myself wearing a lot, this was a rare exception that I'm glad I made. The employees were super helpful and things were well organized, even with a huge crowd of people. If I ended up back near this store again and am interested in ears, I feel like I'd have no choice but to come back simply based on how expensive the selection is.

They have a great variety form almost all the parks (mostly magic kingdom though, but they have some stuff from all four). BUYERS BEWARE - SCAMMER…read more We visited the shop as we stayed around the area on vacation. Based on Yelp review, we chose this store out of many others. The store has decent amount of souvenirs and we enjoyed our shopping. The cashier, an older gentleman was friendly during our check out transaction and was chatting with us, and after completing the transaction, gave us a coupon for future visit and 2 free pens. We walked out of the store thinking nothing of it and headed to our next destination. Upon returning home, we then realized we were over charged by 3 extra shirts that ended up costing us additional $30+ that we did NOT purchase. Looking at the receipt later, the man scanned three different shirts an additional time in between other items we purchased. In addition, the man has the computer screen in front him where he can see the exact items scanned. Thus, it's not an accident where the 3 items were repeatedly scanned. This was an attempt to disguise the extra items from showing up repeatedly on the receipt if you don't pay close attention up front. The friendly chatter, the coupons and free pens are an attempt at distracting the customer as they know not many tourists would and can go back to request a refund. Further, we realized the receipt printed "No Refund", and this was no where posted in the store, nor mentioned during check out. Even if we do go back and confront the employee, there is no refund nor anyway to prove this dishonest practice. This is disappointing for a shop that has good reviews on here. Buyers beware, confirm each of your transactions BEFORE payment if you choose to shop at this location.
