Nice interior and staff. Food was average but I was expecting that given this was geared towards tourists. Interesting to try once but that's about it.

Some facts: - Dinner on a boat cruising down the Seine - Begins on the island Cygnet, where the Statute of Liberty is located - Starting time varies - we started at boarding at 8pm and cruising at 8:30pm - 50 EUR for 3-courses without drinks, 70 EUR for aperitif, wine, vittel water, and coffee. Add more EUR if you want champagne/roses/birthday cake/etc., - menu changes regularly but you can get a glimpse on their website Food: - The menu shown on website doesnt reflect exactly what's served, but pretty close. - The five small entrees were overall good. My favourite was the fois gras slider with caramelized onion. - We had to choose for our main course between the duck and the fish. The duck was not bad. The fish was really good - not fishy and came with a tomatoe-based dressing and capers. I really enjoyed that one. - The dessert was good as well. My favourite was the creme brulee that had a nice floral scent to it. Other things to note: - we were a group of 17. we were served for 20, 3 didnt show, but no refund - tide was high, so we were not allowed on deck, which really mars the experience - service was meh. One server was particular rude. He put the entree down in front of me and said here is your entree. I asked him what it was in french, and he said, "it's the entree." - the guy who takes your photo and then tries to charge you 15 EUR per picture is horrible at taking pictures. He takes like 20 shots at a time, and doesnt look at them before he gives you two of them and asks you which one you want. one of our pictures had people not looking at the camera and looking in different directions. Overall, It was fantastic for a company event and if you can get on deck the cruise is more worth it. The food is decent but i'm not sure if it's really worth the 70EUR price point.

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

The downside was that our toilet didn't flush and we had to call to get help flushing it four times during our stay until we were moved to a different room on our last night. Aside from this, my stay at the Pullman was very nice. There's a good Italian restuarant in the lobby that serves great cocktails and delicious pizza. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good with a fresh omelet station, meats, fruits, breads, and more. There's also a grab and go cafe in teh lobby that serves coffee and light pastries. All of the staff at the Pullman were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the bellhops, to the maintenance team. The only unfriendly person my friend and I encountered was one of the bartenders in the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is kind of a rip-off. You pay 25 euros to enter and a drink from a small cocktail list. All of the other cocktails are also 25 euros, so why not let me pick what drink I want for my "welcome drink?" It's also kind of small on the rooftop. Pictures online make it look much bigger than it is. That being said, you do get a nice view of the Eifel Tower from the rooftop. All in all, I would recommend the Pullman, however hopefully you won't get the same room we had with the messed up toilet.

Daniel was beyond friendly and so funny and the gentleman who helped get me a taxi this morning was also very friendly however I failed to get his name, shame on me. There were some pros and cons to my room though. Pros: I was upgraded from a single to a double room upon my check in which was a nice surprise. The room was still small but for a solo traveler who spent all day outside walking, it was perfect. The tv didn't work for me but I had no use for it really. The bed was a little hard but still comfortable while the pillows were super nice and soft. The shower was stocked with toiletries and L'Occitane shampoo + conditioner. Cons: The toilet is in a small room outside of the shower and can feel claustrophobic so since I was alone, I left the door open while using it because it is very and o mean very tiny. The shower was very nice however did not have glass door or shower curtain so I thought that was kind of strange. It has an adjustable shower head so at one point I lost my grip on it and the water went splattering everywhere on the floor because of the lack of door. Also the tub was kind of big so for an elderly person, the may have trouble getting into the shower. Also something to keep in mind is the lift to the hotel floor is a one person lift, like it's very small and unless you're a very skinny person two can fit but again, not for the claustrophobic. There are stairs you can take as well. Also the room card is needed to turn on the lights. They didn't tell me that downstairs so it took me a while to figure out why I couldn't switch on the room lights. Thankfully the hotel supplied me with an extra key so i left one in the light slot and the other with me as I was out exploring. The hotel is centrally located in the Saint Germain area and close to a lot of high end shops, and cafes such as Les deux magot and cafe fiore. I would definitely come back and stay at Hotel Du Danube again.

We called the front desk and no technician was available and no other room was available (see photo 1 which was taken after the front desk came to try to clean the poop). It was ridiculously gross and we had to go to first floor to use public toilet the whole night and it was very inconvenient. The compensation from the hotel was just free breakfast for the next morning, and switching us to a room with an"Eiffel Tower view" the next night. Yet, the view had a very small Eiffel Tower that could be barely seen LoL ( see photo 2 which was taken with iPhone 14 with 3-4x zoom in). Secondly, we paid the same amount of money as our friends and stayed during the same week. Our friends got a bigger room ( see photo 3- there's a big space in between window and the bed and the space could fit a night stand, a lamp, and a chair in between the bed and window). We got a much smaller room (see photo 4- the space between window and bed therefore the chair was put away by the wall). If we had paid the same amount of money, we should be treated equally and be given the same size of rooms. If the rooms size were different , we should have been charged differently. When I emailed customer service, the manager did not explain why were given different sizes of rooms and kept insisting the rooms are the same size, which obviously they were not. We were not satisfied with their responses.

We took an Uber from the airport and were dropped off at our hotel: Hôtel des Marronniers. Best way I can describe this hotel is as quaint. The hotel rooms themselves are small, but this is Paris and the charm this hotel has is its location. From here, you are steps way from Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower - you get the idea! The man at the reception desk, whose name I wish I had gotten, spoke the clearest French I have ever heard in my life. I speak French as my third language and sometimes have issues understanding certain people, but this wasn't the case here at all. We dealt with the entire process in French, but be aware that the staff is perfectly bilingual in English should that be your preference. Our room was small, but it had the necessities. A large bed, a desk, a closet, and a bathroom that had the sink and shower, along with the toilet, happily together. You really have no idea how much I detest the concept of a bathroom having a toilet and yet another bathroom having a sink and shower, but I'm digressing here. We were there for four days. We even got to watch the World Cup from our room. I believe, too, this hotel offers breakfast, but we opted out of it. Oh, and lastly, going back to the location, there really is everything around. Plenty of restaurants and shops! It's truly the #1 reason to stay there.
