Fraudulent business. I bought an IWC watch from this company over a month ago in the beginning of March. They dodged my calls and emails and finally said that they did not have the band that I had ordered along with it in stock and that they could ship separately. I accepted given that this was an online company that I was not familiar with and was not feeling comfortable with the transaction given their lack of responsiveness.
When I finally got the shipment a week or two ago (3+ weeks after ordering), UPS charged me an additional $190 to release the package. Again, Sorelle Ronco dodged my calls and emails, and even sent an email saying that they would cover it but then never responding again (and the people on the phone do not seem to be familiar with the online ordering process).
I STILL, over 6 weeks after placing my order, have not received the bands that I had ordered, INCLUDING the original aligator one that was supposed to come with the watch (they had shipped the original watch, which I paid almost $200 to release from customs, with a plastic band).
I am filing a complaint with paypal soon. Please do not do business with this company, as it is clearly a fraud. read more
