First, I love the atmosphere, the ambiance and the feel is very modern. Their burgers were perfect and so tasty! I love that on the menu they pair a beer to go with the meal, very fun. Lastly, the staff knew that my sister and I were from the USA and they were very accommodating and even gave us complimentary shots of sweet alcohol at the end of our meal! The 50-day dry-aged beef was totally a disaster because they were tough, tasteless, burned (overcooked) with hard tendon, and was served without any sauces. We wonder why a butcher like him has not learned how to work (and behave well) at a restaurant and serve people with good beef. I and my family felt very disappointed about his rude and terrible quality of beef. I don't want others feel like us.
