One person is peeling mango after mango. Another person is using a fancy machine to slice the mango into julienne sizes, and mixing with different various of toppings as flavors. The last person is explaining what are they offering and taking orders and payments. The ladies are Colombian, so it's their country's specialty with a twist of other countries too like India. You get your mango with different toppings. You can have with lime, or condensed milk or hot sauce, or garlic or honey... and many more. I took with red chili, lime and salt. It was mouth watering then super delicious. It was a fun experiment in my mouth. It was really south Asian style. It is honestly a bright to open this stall because it is something completely new to offer our local community. The curiosity of people will help this fantastic business.
