the pictures make it look good but when you get there, it is no longer friperie l'amitié…read more The name has changed to friperie notre-dame and only the downstairs portion exists. avoid if you're claustrophobic for sure. we got there at 10:05am and it opened at 10am. The door was locked. About 10 minutes later someone unlocked the door. We went downstairs and dug through bins for baby clothing. A lot smaller and not what we expected from the pictures we saw online prior to visiting. The sizes were all mixed up. We found a few items. There was a lady downstairs that explained that the cashier was not there and we had to wait to Pay. After 30 minutes of no cashier, we asked if we could just leave cash and go. We were advised to try upstairs. I asked an employee stacking food the same question. She replied that she would ask the manager Julie. Julie walked to the front and we explained the situation. She said the thrift shop was owned separately but agreed to take the cash to give to them and sent us on our way. Avoid and go to l'entre deux in my opinion.
