Once that was completed and agreed to, we worked with Andrew, the installer. These two are beyond professional. Andrew would show up each day at the agreed upon time. Not early, not late...exactly on time. He was polite and very neat. This was a bathroom on the second floor and there was no mess anywhere. Floors were covered. Carpet was protected. Work proceeded quickly. After the first day, Mary followed up to make sure there were no issues that we were concerned about. She did the follow-up a few more times over our project just to make sure we were happy. When necessary, other DreamMaker employees would help Andrew with the heavier objects. Riley and Jay were very nice, personable and professional. Their plumbing sub was again very good and he did some upgrades to make sure our plumbing was protected from freezing. No extra charge...they just make sure everything is done right. We are so happy with how the process went that we are working with Mary on remodeling our kitchen. The biggest positive with DreamMaker is they do 90+% of the work with their own employees, so we did not have to deal with a bunch of different subs. No tiling sub. No electrical sub.
