July 19,2024 The first time I came here is was during the crisis when all the banking sites were down and internet. It affected flights and most importantly my shopping. I had found a lovely Dutch oven I had wanted and it was 40% off. Since I didn't have cash to cover the purchase I had them hold it for me as I would come back. They kindly held it until my return. I had this brand of pots before. Greatly quality and made in France. I chose a beautiful Marine Blue to go with my kitchen. They have a beautiful selection of all things Le Creuset. Definitely will be back as the staff here are so nice and helpful. The prices are the lowest anywhere for this brand. read more

I visited this store this weekend and to my pleasant surprise I learned this store is a clearance center. I assumed it was an outlet like other ones I have been to before. There are 3 clearance centers in the country, one outside of Washington DC, Yemessee SC and this store. The lady working in the store was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stopping in to this store while you are at the outlets. read more

I have 16 pieces of Le Creuset. In the 25 year's I've used Le Creuset there have been two warranty issues. 16 years apart but oddly the same problem. The enamel finish flakes off. The review is really regarding the Customer Service (or lack of) in their warranty Dept. End of Sept 2019 I started called the warranty department regarding one of my pots. Left 3 messages with no return call. 4 emails, none of them answered. Finally after 2 weeks I got a human. Explain the situation, they gave me a claim number and I shipped it in USPS. Tracked it and 3 days later the package was delivered. The week before thanksgiving I called customer service (2 voicemails not returned) then got someone on the phone. Gave her the claim number and she said "we are still waiting for it to arrive" called bs on that and said USPS says it was signed for. She responded "oh there it is, they are sending it out now". Week after thanksgiving called again to get a tracking number and got the same response "not there... blah blah blah... oh there it is etc". Now Dec 14th. Numerous calls emails and a direct to their CEO Greg Cairo and still no response. Monday I'm on the phone to the NH Attorneys General client protection division along with the BBB. What good is a warranty if you can't use it even if you follow the guide lines? My recommendation, by Staub instead of Le Creuset. Feb 2020 update. So after getting wrong pot sent to me in mid January (completely wrong product and line) I contacted the Attorney General office in my state. The suddenly a new pot exactly like the one I sent back arrived with a prepaid shipping label for the wrong pot. Sad that you have to go the authorities over cookware. read more

They had a good selection look at lots of colors to choose from and the manager was very knowledgeable about the product. Prices were well below what you would see in a normal retail store. read more

The short review: Love it! The long review: We sold 90% of our earthly possessions, including dinnerware, when we left the Midwest in our rearview mirror and headed back to the homeland. I huffed and I puffed about how I was "not going to buy dinnerware made in China." After picking up -- and putting down -- hundreds of plates stamped "Made in China" or Indonesia, or whatever, I had finally decided to buy Fiesta by Homer Laughlin. I'm not a huge fan, but the colors are fun and the company has been operating in West Virginia for decades. And then one fateful day I was pushing my mother through the Tanger One outlet mall (not a big fan of outlet malls either) and I wanted to show her the cookware coveted by my niece. It's heavy, it's expensive, colors are pretty, blah, blah, blah and then I saw the dinnerware. (Cue the music boys.) The colors are luscious. Seriously, the most basic pb&j would look good on this dinnerware. The color fades from darker to lighter, adding interest, all the pieces are good sizes without being too big, there are plenty of accessories, on and on are the attributes. I went back to the store, money in my tight little fist, giddy with the excitement of finally finding dinnerware *not* made in China. Not USA, mind you, but I don't mind sending my money to France. As the super helpful, friendly employee was wrapping my already cherished pieces I opined about how difficult it was to find dinnerware not made in China. I noticed her hands freeze on the cash register. She looked at me and said, "Oh dear, our dinnerware is made in China." What? WHAT??!! She went on to explain that the factory is controlled by their company, not the Chinese government, the dinnerware is safe for all uses and the employees are paid a fair wage. (Whatever that might be.) I paused, I debated with myself, I pondered and then I said, "Wrap it up." Yep. I did. And I absolutely love my dinnerware. Every time I'm in the store my experience is delightful. All employees and the manager possess that mix of professional, friendly, helpful manner that makes me want to fork over my money with a smile. Go on. It's a pretty store with friendly folks. Even if you don't buy anything it's fun. read more

Excellent service.I don't usually write reviews of anything except eating and sleeping establishments but the service is so good at this store I felt they deserved it.I had a list of about 15 items and the manager Geist helped me find each item and briefly explained the differences between brands. The bottom line is I could have spent 45 minutes to an hour but I was on my way in under 20 minutes.It's great to know there are still professional sales people out there.I'll be back for sure! read more
