We ended up coming here for my dad's birthday after a long day at Versailles and the Matthieu our server was so hospitable and nice. He also spoke English very well so I asked where he learned to speak English and turns out he lived in Florida and Hawaii for many years before returning to Paris. The bar area was upbeat and lively. The steak frites was not necessarily the best quality steak I've had, but for the price was pretty flavorful and delicious.
