This is considered, by some,the best bakery/boulangerie in all of Aix en Provence. I would not…read moredispute that assumption. Their breads are the stuff that dreams are made of. Flavorful, wonderfully textured, and the variety is excellent. We especially enjoyed the whole wheat baguette. Their pastries are also spot on. Their prices are comparable to other boulangeries/pâtisseries but I think their quality is a better. If you have an opportunity to visit this establishment I suggest you do so. It is to our good fortune we only live a few blocks from there.

If you appreciate rich and flavorful desserts, this is the place to go. I recommend trying their Citron Meringue tart and their Castel, but everything is quite delicious.
