Exceptional Restaurant…read more This restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes in Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier resort). I've been living in New York City for 4 years so I am no stranger to sophisticated cuisine and 3 star Michelin restaurants. I tried this restaurant on a casual summer evening and also for their special Christmas eve dinner. On both occasions I was highly impressed by the quality of the cuisine, the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes and the decoration of the restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, our waiter was very nice. They speak English in case you don't speak French. The Grand Hotel is giving new polish to the old village. Give it a try!!
