Finally when my table was approached and I wanted an item from the lunch menu I was informed it was to late, only bar menu as I watched the two "cook" wanted an early departure. 3. So a burger with onion rings was ordered but served a burger with fries. No temperature was asked concerning my burger. Is management running the place or the staff ? I stay at this hotel often, and with schedule constraints it's my only option. I'm finished with the attitude, lack of management and their cavalier attitude.

There is also a gift shop that should not be missed because of the very unique items that are found here - and a place I'll need to visit next time I'm in the area again! I would be surprised if they have not replaced the chef with a new, less skilled one. Cranberry sauce wasn't jellied. Stuffing had no French herbs (sage is integral to the flavor) and they treated the stuffing like it was farofa so there was pork fat in it that made it unappealing. The Brussels sprouts showed poor technique. The squash soup and the beef was bland and not sweet enough. The worst crime was that there was no pumpkin pie, a necessity on Thanksgiving. What was good: The mashed potatoes were more cream and butter than potato and they were decadently delicious. The turkey was cooked perfectly. The gravy was a savory delight. Last year, they gave me a to go box for my leftovers, but this year they wouldn't let me have one. Although there were good aspects to the meal, it looks like I'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner next year or finding a different restaurant to try.
