Other people that just ordered got their food in no less than 5 minutes while me, who's waited over an hour and a half, still hasn't gotten his food! Seriously, what is this service? Finally, the food came out. Now, there was still one small problem, it was seating. Downstairs, no seating. Upstairs, no seating. Luckily, a family had just been finishing up and was leaving once I got upstairs, so now I could finally have some seating. I opened up the food, very disappointing. The drink had no ice and was barely cold, the nuggets tasted horrible, and fries had no salt while being incredibly soggy. Overall this place was a dump. I really enjoyed the soup broth having good flavor even though the noodles and meat was reheated. It's a cool spot as there is a lounge area as well.
