What a privilege to be able to enjoy well prepared Vietnamese food served in large portions. The pork served with both #49 and 58 were both juicy, tender, well- seasoned with great depth of flavor and texture. We also enjoyed the 3 bean drink. Reminds me of the Filipino halo- halo. The broth is soooo good. If they ask if you want vegetables added, unless you want fresh brocoli and carrots in your soup, i recommend against the extra vegetables. Combo A comes with a fried imperial roll. I cut it into 4 pieces and wait a minute before eating it. I have burned the roof of my mouth because the inside is so hot. It's a byob and there are dépanneurs and an SAQ nearby so you can pick up something on the way to the restaurant. I have also had their won ton soup as a starter. The won tons are very tasty and homemade. The broth again is great. I had the chicken in peanut butter sauce with crispy spinach. I had it with rice so that it can absorb the sauce which, yes, is somewhat thin. I finished the whole thing and felt like a piggy, but a happy piggy.
