Wonderful meal and service! We ordered the bell pepper starter, chicken tagine, and orange salad. Would recommend to anyone! Staff was so kind and polite.

This was an excellent restaurant. We loved everything we ordered. The eggplant appetizer was delicious with a hint of spice I would like to know what because it was good. The grilled lamb chops was well seasoned and also very good. The lamb tagine was so good. The vegetarian couscous was excellent with white raisins they poached in some mixture - it was not so sweet. The ambience is also nice and sophisticated. Restrooms also have Moroccan decor.

Beautiful. Delicious Moroccan food. Lots of flavor- rich, succulent, spice, and slow-cooked. Complemented with couscous. And wine. You know, because Paris. Portions are very generous too, so I imagine it would be easy to over-order and have a lot leftover. The Prince's Mechoui is a perfectly roasted lamb shoulder that falls off the bone. Also, the Casablanca chicken is also amazing. I heard the restaurants that are really close to the tourist traps like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral are mainly popular among unknowing tourists, so you have to dig a bit deeper or do more research to find worthy places (if you're really looking for good food). Came here on recommendation from a Paris local and was 100% happy with the entire experience.

This place was AMAZING!!!!!! We got the lamb chop platter and the braised lamb tegine (the one with olives and not with dates). The lamb sausage on the lamb chop platter was amazing. There was Casablanca beer as well. The service was great and the decor in the restaurant was beautiful. By far one of the best meals I had in Paris. When I come to Paris again, I will definitely be coming here.

    Méchoui lamb! Big and tasty!

Very nice restaurant close to Luxembourg garden I have tried several Moroccan restaurant before but this one is one of the best I have ever tried with their delicious speciality (Méchoui Lamb which is a Barbecued lamb) for 23€. Very tasty and plentiful, huge quantities guaranteed. Fast service! Kindness! You cannot be disappointed.

Food and service was good. Portions were large. However, it is hard to reach and somewhat hard to find.

The decor in here is quite stunning. You really feel like you're in Morocco with the decorations. And it's also not even that loud, which is perfect for a nice intimate dinner. Had the Kefta with Moroccan Salad and Royal Pigeon Pastilla as starters, Lamb Tagine with Seasonal Fruits and Kefta Meatball Couscous for entrées, and the Selection of Moroccan Pastries as dessert. Portions were really good and everything was super tasty. Not the absolute best food I've ever had, but I was not disappointed. Staff here are quite friendly. Even though they don't all speak English, they are very nice and helpful. And yes, they do have English menus at least. Really enjoyed Essaouira, glad I made the trip here.

A little bit of a language gap between our broken French and our waiter's broken English, but we had no trouble! We tried the Royal Pastilla with Pigeon (yes, pigeon!) to start. The mix of sweet and spicy flavor was good and the pigeon tasted like a cross between chicken and pork. Our entrees were huge and could easily be split between two or three people. I got the couscous lamb skewers. The root vegetables in broth that came with them was tremendous.

Once you placed your order, they serve you traditional Moroccan Maghrebi mint tea. I liked how they put on a lil show when pouring tea, and it was delicious and warm on a cold winter day! We opted for Plat du jour (the plate of the day) & msamen nature to share, I enjoyed the couscous which was not soggy but nutty and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with the stew. Would recommend order their msamen nature, the texture was really good. The only con would be the meats, maybe we didn't order the right kind, they were a lil dry and tough. One of the better Moroccan food experiences I have had. A great option to try out in this market!

Five Fabulous Stars for: 1) Amazing Falafel, just so delicious and crispy on the outside and not pasty but perfect on the inside. Fries were fantastic with a killer seasoning. 3) The hours are perfect for the jet lagged and up at 1:15 am ( Paris time which is 7:15 pm previous day in NY) folks with the gavone hunger pangs. Close at 2 am Thursday through Saturday. Open at 11 am daily. 4) Nice location right in the 5th district of Paris ( Latin Quarter) just south of the Siene river. Clean interior and COVID and mask compliant. 5) 2 fivers for a big ass falafel sandwich, plus a huge order of fries and a bottle of Perrier. No that's too French. Just regular agua. The employees are sweet and generous and kept piling on the toppings per my request,. Nine Euros( $ 10.20 approx) is a steal for this quality and quantity plus the excellent and generous service. Few seats inside. Just grab the two mega falafel sandwiches, walk a few yards and grab a seat next to me ( or 2 metres away ;) in this very cool district of Paris.
