During my recent short trip to Houston to attend the Baby Shower for one of my daughters, we went to get pedicures. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and I absolutely loved the large open space with manicures to the right and spa pedicures to the left. As the custom goes, we were offered drinks, selected our polish and we sat for our chair massages and spa pedis. The one thing they're missing is a foot rest. Great clean nail spot. Loved the interior. I got a pedicure and the chairs were comfortable. I like how they had another section so my 7 year old could get a pedicure as well since her legs aren't long enough for the pedicure stations that had the massage chairs. My feet came out great. My nail tech did a great job getting my feet nice and soft. read more

This is my go to nail spot whenever I'm in town! I have always left happy with my nails. The ambiance is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. They have a great selection of colors to choose from and they really do a great job cleaning and shaping my nails just as I like. The workers are very friendly and remembered me as the out of towner after my first visit. This is a local gem! read more

Another win by Le Magnolia , this is my go to only nail salon. I will only let Jenny do my nails, I highly recommend her as she is a true master of her craft. The spa is sparkling clean, all COVID regulations are practiced and strictly adhered to. I had my pedicure which was Amazing I highly recommend the homey and milk pedicure. Although it took 2 hours because they started my manicure 30 minutes into the pedicure I didn't mind at all they both did a great job and I'll definitely be back. Hostess is super friendly as well and I loved the music playlist, set the vibes for a peaceful service. read more

Had a wonderful experience here when I brought my nieces and mom in for a mani/pedi. The space is nicely decorated and clean. All of the staff was very nice. Immediately after we checked in they asked all of us to wash our hands before they started the services. We were offered water, tea or coffee after we were seated. They did a great job on our services. And they have the BEST massage chairs I have ever experienced at a salon! I will definitely go back. read more

I adore this shop. Each time I go, I ask for V. She is amazing! Her attention to detail is on point! This was the first time I got dip nails by her (I have only visited Le M in the past for pedicures, which V is also spectacular at). V worked quickly but precisely on my dip nails. Black powder takes couple days to clean up nicely around the edges, but the shape, length, and experience all around was very pleasant. The nails aren't thick at all but aren't too thin as to chip or break easily. V assured me they would be more than happy to fix any issues if they arose after my visit, although I highly doubt that will be the case. During past visits, V takes her time on my pedicures, ensuring that my pesky ingrown toenail has some long term relief without sacrificing the time and effort for the relaxing massage and scrubs. V accommodates your schedule without hesitation, and seems to know what days I feel like being chatty and which days I just want to relax. I don't know why I've bothered with other salons in between my visits to Le Magnolia- money wasted! I will only come to this shop as long as I live in Katy and V is there! read more

Been here for the 3rd time and I'd never been disappointed!! Everyone is super nice, friendly and curteous. Stephanie checks customers in and she is always sweet and pleasant. I had Yesenia working on my pedicure today and she's awesome!!! She was very professional and sweet as well. Look for Yesenia if you want to be pampered!! Employees are loyal here. Came in today for a gel mani and pedicure. The technician was really rough on my feet and when I came home my feet were burning. I got a closer look and because he rubbed them so hard I have sore spots that are painful to walk on. When I reached out to the manger she advised me to put Neosporin on them. After I requested a refund for the pedicure she offered a partial credit on my next service. In my opinion the pedicure should have been refunded at minimum. I'm honestly offended by her partial credit on my next service offer. Instead of enjoying what should have been a gorgeous pedicure I'm walking around with Neosporin covered feet with socks on. Will not return. In my 25 years of having mani/pedis I have never had this happen. Very disappointed! read more

Such a pretty salon. It bright, open and airy and does not feel like everyone is on top of each other. Very stylishly designed too. My husband and I have been coming here for a little over a year now and I think all of their techs are wonderful. I don't have a go-to person here just because of how wonderful everyone is. Love love love LOVE this salon. They're EXTREMELY clean, organized, and they have the most "spa-like" atmosphere I've come across at any nail salon. Though they're newish, you won't find dust settled on surfaces or stray nail clippings, or even the dreaded sound of the drill. The shining star, though, in my opinion, is the visible autoclave. I can't say enough positives about the skills of the technicians. Angela is my girl. I swear on everything if she's booked solid because you all read this and left no openings I'll RIOT. I'm horrible at names so don't ask me who else is great but the short answer is that they ALL are. They're all highly-attentive and skilled. It's very apparent to me that Le Magnolia only seeks out the best talent. Yes they're slightly more expensive but that's the cost of doing business correctly; and I'll happily pay it knowing that I don't have to worry about my nails being jacked up OR getting an infection. I went a bit out of my way to visit Christine at this salon, I heard she does awesome pedis and she did not disappoint! Christine was lovely, so kind, sweet, and attentive to my needs. She did an amazing job and I really appreciated that she checked in with me and made sure I was happy with her work. I don't think my feet have ever been this soft after a pedicure. This place is amazing! Definitely a hidden gem in the Katy/Cinco Ranch area. I just moved out to the suburbs from the city and was looking for someplace closer than my former go-to pedicure spot, Paloma, which is in a completely different part of the Houston metro area. I'm so glad I decided to try out Le Magnolia. I didn't think I'd be able to find someplace that even matched my former go-to place, but Le Magnolia surprised me and was actually even better! Plus, Le Magnolia is in a very convenient location right off of 99/Grand Parkway. The nail salon is very big and clean. It's also beautifully decorated. The staff members are friendly. The massage chairs and spa foot baths are comfy. The foot massage was awesome and my toes looked so pretty afterwards. I felt thoroughly pampered even after just their essential pedicure. Le Magnolia seems to be lightyears better than the other nearby places. I'm looking forward to making it my new go-to place and trying out some of their specialty pedicures. read more

The first time I went was the best time, the girl at the front was so nice! Extra nice. She referred to us by name. Brought us drinks and pillows. I've been back twice and they do such a great job but that extra level of service wasn't there. Wish I remembered her name. Girls are nice but that particular one was extra sweet and made you feel very at home. I love the pedicures, they do a great job and the atmosphere is so nice. read more

Le Magnolia takes their precautions for COVID including face mask required, washing your hands, and temperature check upon entry. They also have the plexi-glass screens on the manicure side to divide customers and nail techs. I came in as a walk-in last minute and had a dip manicure done by Jane. She did a great job! She was patient and took her time working on my nails. I can tell she pays attention to detail and does high quality work. I'm glad I found a new salon near my house! First I went to Rick, and he was good until he wasn't. Then I went to Tyler, and he was good until he wasn't. If I didn't get the stink eye from these two guys - I would definitely work with Theresa. She is phenomenal at pedicures. I was once saw the younger front desk lady getting her nails done at a different nail salon in Katy -- which makes you wonder.... This place was once my go to. Not anymore. Too many other places in Katy to put up with the lack of consistency. The salon itself was beautiful and clean- but in the end it wasn't enough to warrant wasting my time and money on nonsense. read more

Never coming back! Thought I would try out a new place, looked super cute with the pictures online. I looked up pricing prior to going and decided I was going to do the base pedicure option (~$30) since I am trying to save a little money right now. The service went well and my girl was great, but upon checking out I was told that a total of $70 was due!!!!! Double the cost of the service. She then informed me (after completion of the service) that they charge $30 to remove shelac and add new polish! I am blown away. I've heard of a $10 charge.....BUT THE SAME COST AS THE SERVICE! You have got to be joking! I told her they need to explain this cost PRIOR to the service, otherwise it comes off as a TOTAL CON! Now I see why I was the only customer in there. I got my nails done here on Friday of last week and I got gel/shellac polish on my nails and I've never in my life have gotten such bad quality nail polish. I've gotten my nails done multiple times and it's never only lasted a week. My nails are chipping the paint and my nails are breaking on top of that. I paid $50+ for my nails and I expected better quality. I've paid less and it's lasted way longer than this. If I wanted to get chipped polish within a week of getting them done I would've just painted them myself. Plus my nails were unevenly filed but I thought that was fine but now that they've chipped and made my nails look bad, I'm not okay with this. I paid a lot for my nails here and didn't receive anything in return. I wish I could get a refund on this cause I'm very annoyed. I will not come back again. read more

Le Magnolia Nails has to be one of the most beautiful nail salons in Katy! This place has a very peaceful environment and the aesthetic is so modern. I've been getting my nails done ever since I can remember and ever since they opened they have been my go to place. Their dip nails are impeccable! Came in today for a manicure and pedicure before a weekend of parties. The inside is beautifully decorated!! Think Joanna Gaines plus is decorated with the season! Super cute. They really utilized the space efficiently. Lots of chairs available and space available without looking too over crowded. Got my pedicure done by Jenny and my manicure by Tiffany. Both did an amazingggg job. Got all the extra skin off without hurting me or opening a wound. If I can walk away without any cuts from a nail salon, that's an A in my book. The manicure and pedicure looks really well done. No clumps or uneven space. I'd take a picture rn but my nails are still wet I'd definitely be back! read more

Just WOW ! I haven't had a mani, pedi in a year because i work In health care so gloves for me every day, but anyways I'm going on vacation so decided to try this place out, recommend by a friend and best decision ever. The salon is extremely clean, they wear their masks, you have to wash your hands before you start your pedi and mani also the tools they use are actually sterile from the packet. I loved my pedicure, Jenna did an amazing job. Also Lisa who did my full set dip was also amazing. Honestly the best manicure and pedicure I've honestly had lol. This is a quality nail salon. After moving to the area and trying many places this place became by go to. Not only is it beautiful inside but the nail techs are professional and do a fantastic job. My gel manicures were easily lasting 3 weeks. This is my go to spot. I didn't realize the place was so new. I hope as a community we can help get this place established because it's a quality place. First off, my nails look alright. Second, this place loves to charge hidden fees that are not on their website. My $50 nails quickly turned into $90 without warning. When I asked why it was $90, they gave several "10 dollar add-ons" that were added without my knowledge. For example, I asked for shorter nails, yet I was charged $10 for "long nails". This is ridiculous and unacceptable as a business. I probably will not be coming back. read more

I wanted a natural base with the polish I picked out but I was asked so many questions that felt like they were directing me to choose a white background. Fine. But when she put POLY GEL on my nails instead of builder gel, my mind was blown. These are 2 completely different products. I let it go bc again, I wanted to relax before vacation. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product. Everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and it's a pretty salon but there's a lack of transparency that I can't get on board with.

Mindy worked on my toes and did an amazing job with the shape and color of my pedicure, the massage was great too! Mimi worked on my daughter's pedicure and did an amazing job as well. Everyone is very friendly, work very diligently to please and get the desired outcome for the customer. Their drinks menu is very varied, which I appreciated. The music is really in the spirit of the holidays, they plyed a great channel with a mix of oldies. Overall we had an amazing experience and will return!
