You really have to be in the know to spot it since it's in an industrial shopping center (off of Rosemont Road, near the Fuller School of Massage). I found out about it because I ordered my promotional logo and business gifts there when I was a Marketing Manager. You would never know it, but it's a great place for personal gifts as well. They sell wine, gourmet foods (you can sample while you shop!), baby/wedding gifts, frames, candles, ornaments, beach theme items...all kinds of cutenesses! The best part is, they wrap everything immaculately. You can tell them the occasion and what colors you want to use and they'll make you look like an elegant gift giving genius! I have given many gifts to my friends from there for weddings and showers. At Christmas time, I usually have them wrap up a few hostess gifts for me to bring around to holiday parties. As a business owner, it's a great place to find thank you gifts for clients. They also sell personalized stationary and invitations. I ordered personalized cocktail napkins from there when I threw my brother an engagement party. The owners are extremely creative. This is the place place to go when shopping for that hard-to-buy-for or hard-to-impress person. Just tell them what you want to spend and the owners will gladly give you some ideas. I found some cute little rose salt and pepper shakers for $8 and the day we were there (a Saturday at noon) there were vendors set up out front displaying items and sales throughout. The store's walk up in front and back has been clean and neat. The business is situated on a short strip with a couple other businesses. I love the 60's retro feel of the building. Lemon carries home decor, ladies beach fashion, books and lots of unique items that you can't easily find else where. They are well known for a fantastic selection of costume jewelry. The store may be smallish, but it's packed with goodies. The feel is fresh, bright and service immediately welcoming. On every occasion there has been one of the two-three ladies ask if they can assist with no pressure to purchase. Yesterday while visiting my daughter wanted to purchase a OnU necklace. The inventory was depleted as a shipment is due in soon. Chic instructed us to follow their Instagram page which would announce the arrival of the shipment. My daughter happen to be wearing her OnU necklace and had a stubborn knot in it. Chic offered to work on it while we got lunch. Upon returning an hour later the knot was out to a happy young lady. It's just next door and boasts items inside from 70 local artists. How could I pass that by!!? Inside there are cute coastal items from tons of local artists in tons of sizes and shapes and flavors. You can get shells, wall art, small Knick knacks and household wares inside. It looks like in the back they do craft workshops. They had furniture, soap, decorative elements, some cute driftwood/recycled wood frames I have been looking for for a while, and some other items. All good stuff. We were mostly left alone to browse at our leisure which is fine with me, I hate being followed around while I stop and look and take Yelp photos. They didn't have a huge selection of items but what they did have appeared to be priced fairly reasonably and of good quality. If you are looking for some items you probably won't find at a local retail chain, this could be a good option.
