Sylvain and his staff are really knowledgeable about wines from all regions around the world. They will not try to sell you the most expensive ones but will work with you instead to find the perfect pairing. And they will always tell a great story about the wine you are about to taste! We had a fantastic Shiraz from Australia to go with our tasty lamb dish (carré d'agneau). I will be back
