This is our neighborhood bistro - I've probably eaten here 50 times over the years. What we love about it -- LOTS! It's got a great, homey feel. Lots of wood and warm colors, there's a really cute heated outdoor seating area and many tables have overstuffed armchairs you can just melt into after a long day. The staff is super friendly, though sometimes an extra request gets lost in the shuffle - blame it on their success! We've been going here for years and it's been the same staff the whole time - a mostly young, cool crew. We normally go with our two kids and they are waited on like royalty. The staff knows their names and greets them warmly every time we come in.
Okay, the real heart of the matter - the food is great. I've been disappointed one or two times over the years, but overall, it's consistent, good-size portions, good quality and it won't break the bank. Some of our favorites are the simple steak frites, the oversized salads and the platter of charcuterie and cheese. They have a really good wine selection and don't forget the delicious brioche facon pain perdu with caramel sauce for dessert - we never do!
