Went for a manicure and pedicure, the sheet with their information of sets and prices state it's $25 for manicure $35 and up for pedicure. Finishes went to pay it came out to be $85 he said $35 for my manicure and $50 for my pedicure. If the sheet says $25 for basic manicure why am I paying $35? $50 for a pedicure? $35 and up .. and it goes to $50.. for what i dont know but i feel like I shouldn't of paid more then what the information sheet says the price is. The guy seemed new he painted my toes slanted it was definitely giving .,"oh no honey that's just your nail." Like um.. definitely going back to get it fixed tomorrow! Just got my nails done here for the first time by Ashley and she was literally THE BEST. She was such a sweetheart and so much fun to talk to. I've never had to go this short but have to for work and she made them so cute and shaped them the right way that I am not even self conscious about the new length at all! Love my nails and the other ladies were so sweet as well and even said goodbye to me when they were saying goodbye to Ashley. Also took me in at 5:50PM from calling just an hour before that for a 6:00 appointment and I was out at 6:30! Will for sure be going to my girl Ashley again. read more

Been there 4 times and everytime it is a major discussion with a man wanting to put on a full set and use shellac so they make a lot more (65 vs 20) than the simple dip I want. It is so frustrating and communication is tough. Not to mention last time was such a poor outcome, I just went in and had them remove them. read more

I had booked appointments for my bridal party and myself 2 months prior to wanting service. I was wanting a basic manicure and pedicure, 1 bridesmaid wanted a full set and and pedicure and the other wanted just a mani and pedi without any polish as it was her first time having both done. About 20 minutes into our pedicures a walk-in group came in and from that point on we were rushed through so they could get to the next group. My 2nd bridesmaid had 3 nails that were bleeding when she was done. My toenail polish was so thick and I was it happy about it. I did mention to the woman that I thought it was too thick but she said it was fine. Well 7 hours later I put my shoes on for my rehearsal and dinner and every single toe was messed up when I took off my shoes after dinner. It was a total waste of $135 dollars in my opinion. The nail tech rushed through my gel manicure.....he didn't push my cuticles back, over file my nails, and my nail came out lumpy. Each nail color shade looked different because he rushed through the layers. This was the worst service I've received. I felt like I wasted my money bf my nails look horrible. I felt like they didn't even want me there. Definitely not going back ever, as this was the second time they've done this. Very disappointed and upset. read more

Just had a plain old manicure at Le Nails. It was not a nice experience. It was a very poor manicure. I was forced to watch a religious channel on tv and was told it could not be changed. The drying table was not working and even though I tried to get the technician to understand I wanted oval cut I get Square Cut. I was the only customer in the shop and now I know why. read more
