Calling the 'Pain Quotidien' a coffee shop is of course a shame. I have been in several ones particularly in New York, so I do know what to expect, and it certainly still stands for an excellent breakfast in a light environment with lots of wood around you. The variety is all you could wish for, and everything is of excellent quality. That is unfortunately not the case for all staff: the guy who took my order the second time simply got everything wrong: ham instead of cheese, wrong type of egg preparation and there was something else I forgot since. He got off lucky, thanks to an alert waitress who repaired all his mistakes. read more
