The Pain au Chocolat was also great but it could have used more chocolate for my liking. The Chausson aux Pommes was sweet, slightly acidic from the apples, and definitely heavier of the pastries. I've also never had fresh madeleines before and knew this would be the place to try them. The Madeleine Glacée were buttery and lightly sweet; these actually go so well with a cup of coffee or just a bite if you need a quick snack. All in all, great try!
