The choices continue as I got to pick what type of smoothie I wanted - all fruit, with yogurt, with milk, with coconut milk, etc. They don't add sugar, but there is a "sugar bar" where you can pick what type of sugar or syrup to add. I kept it without and it was amazing. I've been there twice with more visits to come.
