It's a classic Pain au Chocolate cooked with pieces of fresh organic banana. I'm still dreaming about it. If you see this on display, do yourself a favor and grab one! It took a regular Pain au Chocolat and made it exponentially better! It was flaky, sweet, buttery, and everything a pastry should be. The Chausson a la Pomme Fraiche was also a great try.
