A typical day this past week (clunky online translation) featured: +++++ Creole or Zaatar chicken drumsticks. Tab of Charlevoix, fresh caraway, garlic soft milk-fed veal. Hot-smoked salmon. Mackerel smoked Islands, pepper, citrus zests. Quiche with smoked salmon, seals as a bagel. Blanquette of veal of small-scale milk, chanterelles, pancetta. Stuffed pork tenderloin, Summered, raisins, Pecans, roasted, smoky wood from barrel of Jack Daniels. "Spareribs" candied Maple, as in Chinese but not really! When we arrived the restaurant was pretty full, I believe it's a good idea to reserve but there is lots of seating so it shouldn't be a problem. I had the Trio: langoustines, pétoncles, crevettes and he had a plate with crab, shrimp and a coquille st jacques. He of course had the entrée of shrimp bang bang and I had the crevettes à l'ail gratinées. His shrimp bang bang were definitely worth the drive and the rest of my food was pretty awesome as well. The crab, however, was definitely not fresh and was kind of squishy but we are no where near an ocean so I can't expect miracles. The waitress was really nice and the food came amazingly fast. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and are craving some seafood and you should give their shrimp bang bang a try while you are there, you won't regret it.
