I visited this store 3 times on my trip visit to Quebec. The manager was incredibly friendly and…read morehelpful. The quality of the fox earmuffs I purchased on my 1st visit is stellar. I felt similar earmuffs at other shops, and none felt as soft as the ones I got from Bilodeau. After walking around the city for 2 days in February I realized I had not brought proper footwear and then went on a search. I visited Bilodeau a 2nd time and tried on a pair of boots that did not fit. At no time did I feel pressured by the manager and she was so helpful. I continued to look for boots at various stores without luck. As we were walking by Bilodeau again, I noticed a pair of boots displayed in the window I had not seen. The store was closed, but the manager was inside and saw us. She opened up for us, was so patient as I tried on two pair of boots and I was able to buy the perfect pair. I even forgot my mittens and had to knock again on the door - which she opened laughingly and gave me my mittens. Yes, the price is high, but you get what you pay for. I will have these boots and earmuffs forever - the quality is that good. The manager went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
