The second time, they just made me a new burger without offering me a refund (different employee this time) I would have actually taken a refund this time because I was very pissed off. But hey, I guess I should be grateful that I got a new burger with my (now cold) poutine, and having wasted an hour driving back and forth. Especially for $25. How does a restaurant get away with being this inconsistent? When the food is good, it's great, but it's subpar 20% of the time, and 5-10% of the time it's inedible. For this price point, this is absolutely unacceptable. They lost me as a customer.
