She is friendly and most importantly gentle. I left Miami with PTSD from getting lymphatic massages and she has restored my body and my mental health. My review is LENGTHY so read at your discretion…read more I had mixed feelings on writing this review. Stephanie was real cool and her masseuse Anna was sweet and informative. But for $150 that's not gonna cut it. On my first visit Anna was 20 minutes late seeing me due to a prior client. They have no receptionist, so I stood there exactly 7 minutes before a woman came out and asked who me and another client were that was there before me. She took the other client to the back. There was no communication with me about the delay or who would be seeing me. I continued to stand an additional 13 minutes already sore. My session did not begin until about 11:26 am but ended promptly at 12:19 pm. The wedge pillow used to prop my knees had visible brown stains on it. She reassured me it was clean. On my 2nd visit Stephanie saw me. She is clearly stretched thin between her Medi spa and post surgical care recovery house . When she entered the room it seemed like she had a lot going on assisting her masseuse with another client so she was in between rooms. Nothing was set up for me in the room and it seemed unprepared. Afterward I had to go to the bathroom and walk my butt naked behind across the hall because she was "in the process of getting some robes for her clients to wear". Multiple clients per day for a year + and no robes? Not even a velcro towel wrap? Unacceptable. Especially, when they have to run around shutting doors so no one can see you walking to the bathroom. Some may like firm massages. I'm not that one. For anyone considering this for a first time, do research! I learned lymphatic massage strokes are supposed to be GENTLE, light, slow, rhythmic, and nurturing. I shouldn't have experienced pain in my abdomen for 24 hrs after. When Anna did my 1st massage I didn't experience that. Its OK to have some tenderness but not to the point where it hurts the way mine did. Another important note for the newbies is your lymph nodes should be massaged first at the neck, and then the armpit, etc. You should also be told to do deep belly breathing to move fluid up the abdomen. I experienced none of this during my sessions. During my last and FINAL visit I arrive having to use the bathroom and find there was no toilet paper. I had to ask Anna to get me some (while holding my pee). She's in the room with her client and has to stop what she's doing to find me some toilet paper. Why were there no extra toilet paper rolls in the bathroom? Next, I discover I drove 30 minutes and used leave from work to be told I was not on the schedule to be seen by Stephanie (who is not there). I reach out to the "scheduler" Tierra via IG sending her screen shots of prior text correspondence with "receipts". Tierra says they never heard back from me nor received the screenshot of payment confirmation so the appt was not scheduled. WHAT?! From there the Blame Game continued. In sum, being told my appt was not scheduled because I never confirmed the appt (even though I PAID and never confirmed the last appt nor sent a screenshot of payment) and then that I didn't make a payment until 24 hours later etc. was the catalyst for me requesting a refund. I told her they just lost a customer. Stephanie refunded me and called me 24 hrs later to apologize for what happened. She didn't attempt to gain my business back. It was really for the best. Here are some things this business needs to consider: - Email intake forms to clients prior to their appts so their personal and medical details can be discussed. - Give a thorough explanation on what will be happening during a first manual lymphatic drainage. - STOP using Oil!!! It was everywhere and I felt like a grease monkey. In reality, no lotions or oils should be used during these sessions. Lymphatic massage "professionals" must avoid using oils so they can make the proper motions for effective skin stretching. -Provide a robe draping or sheet until the client is ready to receive their treatment. - Hire an actual receptionist. -Provide better seating in their waiting area and maximize their waiting area space to the other side of the room. -Bathroom cleanliness. The tall trash can was filled to the brim with paper towels and whatever else at 12 noon. There was barely any soap in the dispenser. The sink did not look clean. The vent cover on the ceiling was removed and filled with crud and dust build up. Waters stains in the corner of the ceiling. -Work on the aesthetics! There was no relaxing vibe with dimmed lighting, soft melodies or LED candles or diffused oils. Just you, the masseuse, oil and a table. -A massage table should not be sliding across a floor. Also, invest in heated massage table pads. It would be nice to walk in to sheets and lay on a cloud like cushion with warm blankets on a table. -Refrain from causing clients pressure to utilize IG to get a faster business response. You should always ask for their communication preference, it should not be vice versa.

My esthetician was Emily and she was amazing! The facials take place in a large room with 4 beds. I didn't really know what to expect but it was pretty relaxing. Knocked a point because there was some pretty loud machines that wouldn't stop beeping and it was noisy. Even with covid guidelines, Emily made sure to keep me and herself safe during my session. She walked me through all the steps but quietly enough to not disturb everyone around us. She even massaged my arms and neck! My mother was also pleased with her session.
