We were staying at Sextantio Albergo Diffuso for a two days trip to experience local montepulciano wine and had this amazing Cannelloni della casa and Pallotte "cacio e ova" at this restaurant. Cannelloni della casa has multi inner thin layers and crispy outer layer and is filled with spinach and cheese, and it tastes light and very good with the tomato sauce. Pallotte "cacio e ova" is like a cheese ball but not very cheese and has a very addictive meaty taste. The moment we had them, we finished them very quickly.
