Cozy is really the best way to describe it, but it's not cramped at all. We sat up at the bar and met Vince, the owner/bartender, and over the course of about 2 hours we kabitzed with Vince and simply chatted about France in general, soccer (there was a screen behind the bar showing a soccer match), American football, music, you name it. Vince has got an interesting collection of Star Wars items sprinkled around here and there, and simply created a nice place for people to just come in, imbibe, and sit to chat with friends. This was a memorable spot on our 10-day tour of France, and we loved it here so much that we'll go out of our way to go back for a visit next time we're in the French Riviera.

We couldn't find it that night, but did notice Moonshine, a strangely American barbecue joint in a uniquely chic French town. The next night we decided to give it a try. The barbecue was delicious, flavorful, and fresh tasting. The side dishes we had of cheese fries and Mac and cheese were also amazing. The atmosphere was very friendly! They speak excellent English, so we didn't have to bumble our way through. They also had a great selection of beer and cocktails with homemade infused liquors.
