For Miramar Owner - Immediate Attention Required: Formal Notice of Serious Safety problem caused by a Miramar employee
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding an extremely serious safety incident that occurred at Miramar in Cannes today.
I strictly demand that this email be forwarded directly to the owners of Miramar, as it concerns the safety, and it's extremely urgent and important.
I have been coming to Miramar for many years and have spent a significant amount of money there over that time.
I was frequently recommending it to others, bringing friends and business partners - because it always had a good reputation.
I have been coming and bringing or sending many people there, and I even seriously considered buying an apartment in the Miramar building.
What happened today is extremely shocking.
I simply asked for a glass of water while ordering a coffee.
I did not order food on this occasion.
I have been eating in Miramar many times before, and left a lot of money there - but people simply cannot eat all the time during the day - so today I simply ordered a coffee to start with.
The person who identified himself as the manager reacted in an extremely aggressive, weird, scary, shocking, and completely unacceptable manner.
He literally shouted at me, physically touched me and pushed me - just because I went to the bar to kindly ask for the glass of water - which they didn't bring with my coffee - so as it's a hot summer day and water is really important - I simply went to the bar to kindly ask for it.
When he literally verbally and physically attacked me just for asking for a simple glass of water - yelling at me because I don't eat at that moment - pointing fingers to people who eat, weirdly laughing and aggressively screaming in very bizarre, incoherent, unreasonable and scary way - I simply decided to cancel my coffee and leave because of his aggressive conduct.
But then he took a photograph of me without my consent - pointing his camera directly at my face.
He has absolutely no right to do this.
I require written confirmation that this photograph has been permanently deleted and that no image of me is being kept in any form.
This matter requires your immediate attention.
It is illegal for any employee of any establishment to physically touch customers, behave aggressively toward them, or take photographs of them without their consent.
Customers must be sure to be able to visit Miramar safely and enjoy their time there - as has always been the case, during many years.
I sincerely hope you will investigate this matter urgently and take the appropriate action.
I need to receive confirmation that this incident has been addressed appropriately - so that customers can feel safe when visiting Miramar in the future.
If I do not receive written confirmation that the photograph has been deleted and that my personal image is not retained - I will have no choice but to pursue the appropriate legal procedures to protect my rights.
Given the seriousness of this incident, I also require confirmation that this individual no longer works at Miramar.
Someone who verbally attacks customers, physically touches and pushes them, and takes photographs of them without their consent cannot be entrusted with interacting with the public.
In order to ensure that customers are safe$, this person should no longer be employed at your establishment.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
