    My wife & I leased a home from this property management company for (6) years. At the end of May we…read morebought a new home, gave our required (30) days notice to vacate & left the home spotless, literally. There is a long list of what the lessee must do before vacating, including a "deep" cleaning, carpet professionally cleaned, with proof by receipt that you must turn in to them, as your word is not enough, in order to receive your deposit refund check. In the beginning of our lease we had no problems but the "turnover" was high and employees changed all of the time. Several times my wife called, over the last year, and the lady that was often very "curt" & "rude" to her was a Sheila Lane. On numerous occasions my wife told me that she was very condescending and came across as not wanting to be bothered. On one occasion she called & accused my wife of not having paid our lease amount which we had done. She was rude with my wife until she found the check that Gosslee Properties lost and she did not even apologize to my wife for her attitude! There were many more issues that occurred with this company that I will not put in this review for the sake of brevity. Two weeks after we moved my wife called & spoke with a Kylie McMorris inquiring on when we may be able to receive our deposit refund. Kylie told my wife that she was trying to have it out within a few days but that it would not be any later than the following Thursday and that she would mail it to us. My wife told her, due to our recent move and issues with our mail, that she preferred to be called when it was ready and that we would pick it up. We never received a call back so on Friday, the day after the Thursday that Kylie said would be the latest for us to receive our check, I called Gosslee and asked to speak with Kylie but was told she wasn't in. The lady I was speaking with asked me what my call was in reference to so I explained what my wife had been told by Kylie concerning our deposit refund check. This lady basically told me that it can take up to (30) days for a lessee to receive a refund and that she did not believe that Kylie would have told us that it would be ready so soon after moving out. When our conversation became "heated", due to this lady insisting that we had not been told this by Kylie, this lady hung up in my face. This is a very professional organization I can tell you and it's one of the reasons we decided to buy our own house and not lease from this company EVER AGAIN! Over the next two additional weeks either my wife or I would call Gosslee to check on our check and were told that it was being processed and would be ready very soon. We never received a call, as promised by Kylie, letting us know the check was ready. One day, during this time, my wife spoke with Kylie and Kylie told her the check would be ready to be picked up that afternoon and that she would call her when it was ready. When she did not call I went up to their office and Kylie met me in the hall and rudely told me that the check was not ready and that she had told my wife that she would call her whenever it was. When I told Kylie that she had told my wife the check would be ready that afternoon she would not address what she had told my wife and basically went on a tangent that had nothing to do with the subject at hand. To keep from having a scene and things getting heated again with this women I did not say anything but turned around and left their office. I even had a recording device in my pocket so that I could record everything she said and to prove I said nothing upon exiting. That is the type of trust that these people had earned with my wife and I by this time. Finally on Monday, July the 18th, exactly (30) days after we vacated the property, at 3:20 PM, my wife received a text, not even a phone call, that our deposit refund check was ready and for her to bring her driver's license as proof of her ID.. I would recommend that anyone that is considering leasing a home not choose Gosslee Property Management. They are horrible and do not know how to treat their lessees (customers) nor how to manage a property! *As a footnote, see photo below, this company deducted $188.00 from our original refund for their noted frivolous damages that already existed upon us originally leasing the home and was duly noted by me in photos that I took (6) years ago. I would pursue this legally of course but in this case not for $188.00! It's not worth the time or effort not to mention the attorney fees. We did find on our lease where it states, in the terms, that Gosslee Properties has "up to (30) days" to issue a refund after the premises are vacated but it does not say you will not receive a refund for (30) days!

The apartment manager and team are the nicest people and addressed every single minor issue I had while living there. Our one bedroom with washer and dryer hook up was comfortable and a good size for 1-2 people. Our rent was super affordable too. I would definitely live here again.

Show you a Perfect "Model". Nothing bent, broken, damaged, mold, etc. Never let us see the unit we picked. Said it will be ready in two weeks and then you can see it.... OMG!!! Mold - water damage, sliding door has a vertices gap in the "middle" of the sliding door!!! Counter is broken and on a slant with molding I'll fitter and not installed correctly. Pull out drawers and they do not stay, they fall down to about a 35 deg. Wall outlets loose and not attached to the wall. Floor tiles loose and can cause trip or stumble. Wow, truly a slum Lord bait and switch was the experience. Worse, they lead you to believe they will have the apartment ready, so you are led to sign a statement you will forfeit the 650. If you do not move in. Ok, figure they will us the 650 to ensure the quality of the "home" you will rent. Ha. Then after your there they REFUSE TO take you to the Apartment and REFUSE to give you the key UNTIL you SIND THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.... BEING MISLEAD THEY ARE DOING YOU RIGHT, you sign and go down to this disgusting apt . I will receive the pictures and video of all explained. When I do I will show you my words. May your experience not be as this....
