My son (C) has had several health situations and Dr. Pope has superbly answered our questions and expertly guided us through each one. The nurses really care too. Not sure what kiddo likes shots but, C is highly anxious about them and the nurse totally knew how to respond and get him through them with the least amount of stress possible. The waiting room is always packed but the desk staff seem to manage appointments as well as insurance billing flawlessly. In my opinion, Dr Pope is one of the best Pediatricians around!

Then there was Ms. Gloria:) I had complaints from N/V to a skin rash. She worked diligently and performed a thorough assessment prior to coming to a diagnosis and treatment. She explained treatment in great detail to my husband and myself and was patient when we asked questions. I felt a sense of relief and overwhelmed with appreciation. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking great care of my son. I will recommend this urgent care to all of my friends for their children. She left no one to help her patients- not even a different doctor nearby! Prior to this, her Quest Diag person who draws blood in office could not find my vein and was very unprofessional. And I have not been happy with how dismissive she was of some blood work numbers, so overall I would not recommend.

He gladly answered every one of them in detail. His demeanor is matter-of-fact and to the point while still exuding sympathy and awareness of the impact of a troubling diagnosis.
