AMAZING 1st Time Experience. From the front desk staff, to the triage nurse, to our wonderful provider Ms. Gloria PNP. 1. I did not check in online but checking in once I got there was no trouble. Ms. Candice was beyond professional and patient throughout the signing in and checking out process even though she had multiple patients waiting. 2. Our son was in love with the triage nurse. She was knowledgeable and patient as well. She worked really well with our busy body and obtained his vitals without him shedding a tear or appearing afraid. 3. Then there was Ms. Gloria:) I had complaints from N/V to a skin rash. She worked diligently and performed a thorough assessment prior to coming to a diagnosis and treatment. She explained treatment in great detail to my husband and myself and was patient when we asked questions. I felt a sense of relief and overwhelmed with appreciation. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking great care of my son. I will recommend this urgent care to all of my friends for their children. I hope it's a while before we have to go again but whenever we may need their services I will not hesitate to utilize their awesome service and exceptional care. read more

The facility seems new and well built, upon calling I had the receptionist Clarify the office visit fee for self pay and she said that included testing as well. Well surprise two weeks later we got a bill for flu test.... So i believe they need to go over with the front desk what is all included. read more

Organized, caring, and helpful. I've only had great experiences here. Occasionally there is a little bit of a wait but not often.

Horrible.... I will never return !!! My one year old was sick vomiting and running off I checked him in at around 4. They didn't call is to the back to be seen to around 6:30 . Once we made it to the back my son was completely irritated and over the hole waiting situation he began crying and yelling ,so i walked him outside and returned back inside still no one had come in the room or even attempted to see us . I sat there an hour or hour &half longer all the while my son is crying because of an upset stomach . While two nurses sat in the room across the hall in listening to him and not trying to come in and aid my child !! !!! read more

I walked out of HCA pediatric emergency room in Kingwood after the doctor on duty refused to examine my child due to me expressing my concerns. I'm sure you are wondering what I did next. Well I did what any concerned parent would do. I went to night light pediatrics, or now known as Pediatrix primary + urgent care| Humble; let me tell you- this experience was night and day from my experience at HCA pediatric emergency room in Kingwood. Pediatrix primary + urgent care| Humble was able to get us checked in and seen by the doctor quickly. Starting from the nurse staff getting my son's vitals, this atmosphere was completely different. The nurse was nice, related, and extremely child friendly. She actually attempted to engage with my son. Although, he was sick and not in mood, I could tell that he was more comfortable there. The nurse got us in our room, and when I asked for water for my son she got me water and small cup. I explained that I didn't have his sippy cup because I was in a rush. She related by telling me how she got her children drinking out of small paper cups. She told me a story about drawing a bears nose at the bottom, demonstrating drinking out of the cup, and pointing out the bears nose to her children while she pretended to drink. She even drew a bear nose at the bottom of the paper cup she gave to us. It was so refreshing, welcoming, and touching that my husband attempted her cup trick with our son. It didn't work, but it was adorable. The nurse practitioner that was on duty came in about 2-3 minutes later. She was very pleasant, and began by asking us what brought us it. As I explained the events that lead up to our visit, she provided verbal and nonverbal cues to demonstrate that she was listening and interested in what I was saying. She, too, was engaging and tried comforting my son while listening to his heart. She provided words of comfort by saying that his heart sounded good. When she moved on to exam his ears she identified the problem. She explained that he had a double ear infection. Of course, I expressed my surprise by explaining that he had just been on antibiotics about a week ago. She validated my statement, and explained how she had seen an ear infection appear over night before. She told me a story about a patient coming in everyday for 4 days in a row. She offered insight by saying the first 3 days there was no ear infection, but suddenly on the fourth there was an ear infection. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my experience. It was comforting knowing that I was heard, and we were on the same page about getting the best treatment for my son. She gave him anti nausea medicine to stop his episodes, and she gave us a prescription to have on hand in case the nausea came back. In additional, she prescribed antibiotics to treat the double ear infection. Prior to leaving, she was very thorough by explaining our next with the medication. As a concerned parent it is important to connect with the treating physician, wherever you go. It's unfortunate that there are some doctor's out there that can not put their pride aside and humble themselves. Needless to say, I will not be returning to HCA pediatric emergency room in Kingwood. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to bring my daughter in because she hurt her arm. With insurance the copay was only $75 this included an X-Ray exam they had to do since her elbow was really hurting. The ladies were patient with us since they baby was crying quite a bit. Ridiculous place!! Last 3 times we have come here received several messages appointment confirmed, messages to check in. Now all of a sudden they do not do that and you have to come in. I love this place. We have been here two times now for my baby boy. The staff is very friendly and Doctor Okogbo awesome. The place is very clean and love the designs they have for the rooms. They are very fast too. We brought our son to our Doctor yesterday and they diagnosed him with rsv and they didn't give him any medicine which the people here were surprised. We brought him in cause his breathing got worse and I would come here over the hospital any day. They gave him a breathing treatment and gave us some medicine to help with his rsv. I love this place. We got excellent care at NightLight. My 3 year old started vomiting on Thanksgiving. He couldn't keep water or pedialyte down so we made an appointment online. There was one available in 30 minutes. We waited a bit in the waiting room but they were very attentive. They brought us a bucket when they saw he started vomiting again. Once we got to the room we had a bit of a wait but they listened to everything we had to say and told about the treatment options. They gave him the medicine and waited and monitored him to make sure it took and we wouldn't need to come back. They were all very friendly and caring. We will definitely go back again if needed. read more

I have taken my daughter in quite a few times and I have had a pleasant experience each time. Everyone is very nice and caring from the front staff, to the nurses and doctors. The hours are so convenient for me because of my work schedule and I absolutely love the fact that you can sign in online. They accept my insurance and my copay is so cheap. Definitely beats an ER copay. Ever since I discovered this place I haven't made a trip back to my daughters PCP, the doctors here are just so awesome that I wish they would do well-child check-ups as well. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and every time was always a pleasant one. The front staff is super nice and always greet you with a smile. The reason why I did not give 5 stars was because the last time I came here I brought my son in and the nurse that was on duty at the time was very rude to me and said I was wasting her time because she had patients who were actually sick. My son had a stomach virus and had a lot of vomiting going on so that's why I brought him in and she proceeded to tell me that I should have known better than to bring him. I was shocked because I've never been treated that way at this particular NightLight location. I will continue to come here in times of urgencies and I will always recommend this place but I hope to not encounter the nurse again. read more

I'm leaving this review for THE BILLING DEPARTMENT! Brought my son in on a Sunday for a strep test and because it was after hours (duh, it's an after hours walk in clinic), they couldn't verify my insurance. So they charged me $150 (walk in, no insurance rate) BUT she assured me that I could call on Monday, have them verify my benefits, and be issued a refund. HOWEVER, when I called on Monday, they were able to verify my benefits and confirm that I have no deductible BUT they WOULDN'T issue me a refund until the claim is sent to my insurance, processed by them, sent back, and processed AGAIN! So now I have to wait for over 30 days for a refund I was told would be processed the next day. read more

I have always taken my children to Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care Center. I love the customer service we receive here. My Children are always very well taken care of and I am extremely grateful that they where there with my son had his first asthma attack. Also, how the doctor really took take of my baby girl with her sore throat. I would always recommend this Urgent care center if your baby is sick and you really need a doctor with staff that care for you and your child. It's convent hours, plus the Kingwood CVS pharmacy is 24 Hours I usually pick up my medication there. read more
