I moved into a rental unit Sheriff and his gang of hoodlums rented to me. A one bedroom unit. It wasn't finished and was filthy when I moved in. I had to write a apartment condition report when I moved in. I put the things that needed to be fixed and was IGNORED. I paid full rent on time for two years! His father in law stole from me when he was here working on the property and I wasn't home. I caught him a couple of times just as he had left and once when he was in the home. I called and complained to Sheriff and he apologized profusely but then his father in law and his son made my life hell for the following year until I had my lawyer get involved. It was during the pandemic when they were finally letting us out of isolation that he quickly put the house on the market and sold it. Not giving me a chance to sue him for Elder abuse, theft etc. (very involved story, so much more.... a real piece of work this family and his low life workers) He pretends to be a friend and back stabs you with his family. I would have continued my lawsuit with him if it weren't for the fact that the woman who bought the building was the polar opposite and was such a breath of fresh air... I just was happy to be rid of them and move on. Since then, so many lies have been uncovered that were told to me and to the new owner. These people cannot be trusted for anything. Sheriff S., Patrick, his son and the other workers all liers and wouldn't plow my driveway, fix anything, finish the apartment as promished like the porch, kitchen, etc. (I was 62 years old and disabled) I had to shovel my way out 80% of the time. They were trying to find ways to evict me but I was a good tenant and there was no way they could evict. The only out they had was to sell. And they started showing the property days after the ban had been lifted and I made the call letting him know my lawyer would be in touch. Coincidence???? I think not... You draw your own conclusions.... PMI Sheriff's company and Sterling Realty who backs him are Crooks! Never took the time to write this. I am glad I did now. I hope this helps someone.
