I opened a claim at the end of september(Claim # 886-944-071-0000-001) because my vehicle was hit while parked and i didnt have any of the other vehicle/driver's information. I filed a police report and paired that with my claim. The resolution of the claim/investigation was that my vehicle had this damage prior to me even opening my policy with Geico! When i call to get more information on that ridiculous conclusion, that specific department can not be contacted by the public...Convenient!! so i am left to pay to fix my front drivers side bumper myself.
