There were a few things about the service I wasn't happy with. I went in for a honey brown balayage and walked out with platinum blonde which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. In addition to that when the service was being done, Veronda was also working on another client, so the service itself felt rushed and not attended to properly. As a customer, appointments should be one on one not doubled. If I knew that was the case I would've rescheduled. She also had an errand to run afterwards so it felt rushed. I returned the next day to fix it with toner but that can only do so much. I asked for at least a partial refund because it turned out nothing like the inspiration photo I showed her but she only offered a partial balayage for the next service to makeup for it.
