When we tried to get the issues fixed or credits, the seller refused to fix issues, said they were just going to rent the property effectively ending the deal, and then proceeded to re-list the property still without disclosing the issues. Avoid trying to buy any house she is selling and be careful if you use her as your realtor, it's only a matter of time before she gets in trouble for her practices.
