Still no response or support from Leaffilter and it's been ongoing for years. Spent over $1000 to have a third party gutter company come out and fix the terrible install. For all of you considering this company, I recommend you keep your $1000's of dollars and hire a local company to take care of your house. read more

A great big SHOUT OUT to LeafFilter and their installation manager, Scott Morine today!!! We've had LeafFilter install two of their systems on two of our homes, and they did such a great job. Unfortunately we found the second one developed a leak several months after installation. So we called them and our roofer to see what the problem was. After investigation it was determined that one small area had been accidentally installed improperly. It was going to cost us $95 for a service call, but through excellent communication on the company's part, it was waived. Thank you! We will continue to recommend LeafFilter for their professional and prompt service!!! read more

Be careful when driving around their office. There are generally many screws laying around in their parking lot and the drivers can be very aggressive. read more

Don't believe the lifetime warranty on this product! We were told they had cleaned out and sealed all of our gutters before installing the LeafFilter system. We have had two service calls to repair leaks from improperly sealed gutters and now have a third leak. When we called for service they are telling us it will cost $95 for them to come out and fix it. This wasn't the case for the first two trips. I guess the lifetime is up. read more

I shared a review about this company a few weeks ago. After posting that review I got an email that said they would send someone out to look at the problem but it could cost us $95 if the problem wasn't covered by our contract with them. We called a gutter company who told us that water was pouring on our porch because little particles from the roof were clogging the screens that leaf filter put on. He removed the screens and we haven't had a drop of water on our porch since. What a costly mistake that was. read more

This is the worst company I have told no but they stil continuely call me every day multiple times. I get calls starting at 7 in the morning till 5 in the evening they are making me scared to answer my phone they are monsters. read more

We were intrigued by the great advertising, flyers in the mail, tv adds that we called for an estimate. The salesman finally showed up after rescheduling and was very good and demonstrated the product, we were very impressed until we heard the price which he said was good for today only. We agreed and finally a couple weeks later the installation was finally started after rescheduling. The instillation was never completed. Over the next couple weeks we were scheduled for completion and the installer never showed several time. I called the main office and the promised the representative would be there early Saturday morning to finish. After waiting for him all day, I finally got a text at 11:13 pm "Hey there, John with LeafFilter texting about your install, sadly I had some issues with my equipment trailer this morning and it messed my whole schedule for the weekend, I was wondering if you would be available for the install on Tuesday 10/25/22 if not no big deal just want to get you back on the schedule!" No show on Tuesday. I called several times and got the runaround. Then it rained. The front deck was covered with moss and gravel from the comp roof and water ran over the gutters drenching us as we walked under them. Not the performance we expected. After checking with other gutter companies the price is way out of line for what we were to receive. I don't want them to finish the install or pay any more. I definitely will not recommend them to anyone, in fact I will warn anyone to avoid this company. Rechecked this post and saw the response from Twig L. If they can't find me after all the calls I made to the company it won't do any good to call again. This is typical of the company who has horrible customer service. read more

We had our system installed about 6 month ago. Speaking from the start I must say it has been a positive experience. The initial sales guy was a pro. He knew his product and was a great tactician. The initial quote was $7,200.00. That was a laughable amount. Our home is under 1500 sq ft and single story. I just kept saying no till he arrived at a number that worked, $2,400.00. The initial installation was completed by one worker over less than 3 hours. there were issues, some took a bit of time to discover. I called the company and spoke with a very professional representative. An appointment was scheduled with reasonable wait time. The company employed repair guy called me a full week before the appointment. He would be able to inspect and resolve my system the next day. Repair guy showed up on time. He could not have been more courteous or professional. He spent most of the day repairing the system. I am currently a happy Leaf Filter customer. read more

First the salesman did not know the difference between putting leaf filters on a house and a metal building. Also did not explain that because the outside wall that is only 12 foot high is considered a two story building. Very poor workmanship by sub contractor crew. We have gutter heaters on house so one of the wires got cut. I had to order new cable and was reimbursed for cost but person sent by Leaf Filter had never installed one before. I am 78 with disabilities and had to get up on ladder to help and tell how to install. Next problems started with first rains where water flows over the tops of gutters and falling all along our walkways and pouring off two Metal shops. Then came the cold weather when we freeze at nights which causes ice to form on walkways and a lake between Metal buildings. Twice they have sent out people to check them and cannot stop this very hazardous condition around house and shops. The second time it was looked into and the company made us make video showing water flowing over tops of their filters. If Did and the company rep had no answer telling workman to leave and he would call me. SO FAR NO CALL FROM ANY COMPANY REP! Have no idea what is their next move to solve problem but I had requested they take down filters and refund my money because I do not want any of my family or friends to slip and fall because of their filters causing the ice on our walkways. SO MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THAT LIVES WHERE IT SNOWS AND HAVE FREEZING WEATHER DO NOT HAVE LEAF FILTER INSTALLED read more

on May 5/19/22 A rep came out - estimated my job and took a $425 cash deposit from me. I know - never give them cash. I'm stupid. Work was schedules for 7/6/22 - I was a bit skeptical about the delay but waited for the job. they were a no show - rescheduled for 7/14 again a no show - rescheduled for the 15th and again (you guessed it) another no show. After reading all the horrible reviews on google not just this particular one I just want my cash back. Trying to contact anyone with LeafFilter is impossible. A call center located in Las Vegas said someone would contact me - not sure how long they make you wait. Headed to Tillamook to see if I can file a small claim case against them for breech of contract. Contacting the state lic board as well. If you live in Oregon I would suggest you figure out how to repair your own gutters. read more

We contacted LeafFilter after seeing an ad and then checking their ratings and reviews to make sure they had a good reputation for quality and support. Their representative, Jack Loveland, was very helpful, friendly and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. After we agreed to a contract, LeafFilter was very prompt in getting a team out to install the filters. The three members of the team (Sierra, Jacob, and Zach) were also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient: cleaning out and sealing our gutters thoroughly before installing the filter system which also locks our existing gutters more firmly to the house than the gutter nails could even if the amount of them were doubled or tripled. The system was installed in the fall and our house is surrounded by fir, maple and other deciduous trees as well as getting plenty of rain, so it was an ideal test of the system. It has only been a week or so, but so far it is living up to its promise of keeping everything out of the gutters while letting all the water pass through. We are very pleased. read more
