High pressure sales tactics, after FIVE AND A HALF HOURS (3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) managed to get my sister (age 76) to sign a contract that stipulated three-day cancellation option. I called the seller's number the next day, voice mailbox was full. I sent an email, no reply. I texted, no reply. Second day, still a full voicemail. I managed to locate key numbers and on the third day was able to cancel the contract AND the loan application that the salesperson also got her to sign. Neither sister nor I ever had a return call from the salesperson. Be alert. The sales pressure reached a high point when the $22,000 quote for gutters on a modest, one-floor home miraculously dropped to $14,000 after a call to her "manager." Check BBB records anywhere and the same tactic is used repeatedly by this company. She even wanted to include my income with my sister's to make sure the loan application went through. I would give them a negative rating if I could. I had gutters installed earlier this year and have had multiple issues with the gutters and the service department. It started with the gutters pushing the singles up at the edge on the roof I had installed the month before. The representative from Leafguard came out and told me it was a roof problem. The representative from the roofing company came out and told me it was a gutter issue. I arranged for the two companies to come out on the same day to come to a conclusion and get the issues fixed. The roofing company showed up, but the gutter company did not. I was told he forgot. It took another month to arrange a meeting between the two companies. The second issue I have had with the gutters is a section right above my front door had a leak and also the water was not being captured by the gutter. The repairman for the gutter company came out and resealed the seam that was leaking and said he fixed the angle of the gutter to capture the water. He had not. It took multiple phone calls to get someone backout. The repairman adjusted the angle again and again it did not fix the issue. Once again it took weeks of calling to get someone to come out. This time they came out when I was not at home stuck a large piece of metal in the gutter and left. This did not fix the issue and was an eye sore. Again, weeks of calling to get someone out all he did was jerk the piece of metal out and left. I am still having the issue of water not being captured by the gutter right outside my front door. For the last three weeks I have called the gutter company without a return call. I am being told they have tried to call me, but I have not had a missed call or a voicemail from this company. Once they install your gutters, they do not uphold their lifetime warranty and have very poor service. I wish I had my old gutters back. read more

I really liked their product. Salesman comes by and talks about how good they are. Then he takes 30 minutes to measure. Them wants to bring some huge briefcase full of his marketing materials into my home. Says it will only take 45 minutes. I told him he can't invite himself into my home. Tell the the price and hand me the quote right here on my porch. He refused. He drove here from over and hour away. I don't tolerate pushy salespeople in my home who seem to never want to leave. read more

I got these gutters installed in January 2018. I was told if there is EVER a problem,they would come to check them out and also fix them if needed. I noticed gutters overflowing ,and realized it to be a problem around October. I got in touch with them several times to come check them,and they never came. In the meantime I had a friend look at them and where it was overflowing, the gutter was clogged with leaves. It was a simple fix,however when they tell you they will come if you ever have problems,they won't. Make sure whatever you want from them,you get it in the contract,no verbal promises. read more

I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 3 months now... trying to schedule LeafGuard gutter clean out (Needs it every two years or so). I call Jeff Coleman, he schedules it, nobody calls nor comes, I call again, same thing. Now 7 calls with no result (2/13, 2/20, 3/25, 3/29, 4/4, 4/15, 4/22/2019). Gutter overflows with every hard rain, and we have had many. Gutter performs well but is not trouble-free. Horrible customer care. read more
