Twice asked Otto to champion my dispute with State Farm corporate, both times he did not. This last time I submitted a comprehensive claim instead of collision. Difference being comprehensive carries a $500 deductible, collision carries $1000. State Farm claims says they are marking it collision because it's a scratch, not a dent. Spoke to Otto, he said that's wrong, a scratch is more likely a comprehensive than a dent. Otto said claims adjuster went to the body shop, body shop said no one showed up. Otto claims you can see a "HUGE" dent in the picture, picture only shows a scratch. Otto stated claims called and left a message on my cell phone, no message. Otto claims he can't do anything about it, Otto lied. I said I've been loyal to State Farm for 30 years, I only submitted one auto claim in the past 19 years which cost State Farm any money, and they decided to screw me out of $500.00. Over the past 19 years I paid to State Farm, via Otto Daech, approximately $42,000.00 in premiums and they decided that $500.00 is their line they are will to cross to lose a client. Even though I have an the rating they will never cancel my insurance for any reason due to how good a client I am. NEVER go with Otto, he will always do his best to work against you on any claim.
