Thursday of the…read moresecond week I pulled her out because of some negligent related things I witnessed that followed her coming home with many unexplained bruises (longer story on the other location's review) that my daughter later old me was from bullying. Anyways, I called this location because the director of the second location wouldn't meet with me in person bc she didn't want to come in 10 minutes early and I couldn't make any other time because of my work schedule. This director, at first seemed nice and understanding and said she'd get back to me. Anyways, she never called me back and two weeks later just emailed me a very short and detached generic message that went something like 'Jenn told me (daughter) is no longer attending Hamilton Heights. I'm sorry to hear that. Would you like to remove her from out waiting list?' I was shocked. I ended up telling her that I'm appalled at how how their handled reports of abuse and/or neglect and if they won't do anything to figure out what happened and discipline their employees then I'd be forced to report them to someone higher. At that point she ghosted me and is longer responding. Basically, I'll be reporting them to CPS if they don't get back to me in a couple days with more than 'adjustment issues' being the explanation because she's been watching by other and in daycare since 11 months and has never acted like that before and is still recovering and often bring up how "teachers mean" and "friends push me".

While walking through their campus, I was impressed with the look of a mini college layout. Their swim facilities are clean and forehead temperatures are taken before you are allowed to enter their building. Parking is challenging when parents are picking up or dropping off students. I've been raised on public school educational offerings and understand why this institution has been around since the late 1800's and why parents would consider this college preparatory school over public school education in Omaha, regardless of annual tuition costs.
