Our son Zephyr joined Room 1 at the age of one, and he has loved the school ever since. This was his very first school experience, and it means so much to us that he felt safe, cared for, and truly loved here. In particular, we would like to special thank Ms. Ines and Ms. Justly, who have shown exceptional patience, kindness, and warmth. Zephyr is naturally very shy and usually only allows family or trusted teachers to hold him, but he quickly grew attached to them and looks forward to seeing them every day. It is clear how much they care, and we deeply appreciate the trust and comfort they have given both our child and our family. We also want to recognize the dedication of Ms. Maria, Ms. Susan, Ms. Marinelle, Ms. Erin, Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Abigail and more. Their support and guidance along the way. The school is super clean and my kid has so much fun. Thank you again to the entire Kiddie Academy of Cupertino team for creating such a supportive and nurturing environment. We will always remember these first teachers with deep gratitude.

The environment feels steady, well cared for, and consistent, which has helped our child build real trust with their teachers. The educators are patient, attentive, and genuinely engaged--it doesn't feel like people are just going through the motions. One of the biggest things for us is pickup time. Our child comes out happy, full of stories, and excited to share about their day. The energy is always positive for the most part, and most mornings they're actually looking forward to going back, which says a lot. Like any workplace, staff transitions do happen, but from what we understand, those have been for personal reasons--new opportunities, schedule changes, or life circumstances. That's normal, especially in childcare. We also appreciate the diversity of the staff. It reflects the Cupertino community and creates a welcoming environment for the kids. Overall, we feel comfortable and confident bringing our child here. They feel safe, supported, and are clearly growing--and that peace of mind means everything. And special thanks to Mrs. Maria & The Kiddie Academy staff for the care and consistency that help make this environment what it is.  !!! Thanks For Caring !!!

This review has been long overdue. It's been three months since my daughter last attended Happy…read moredaycare, and just today while we were playing, she suddenly said, "Hurry up!" -- the first time I've ever heard her say that. I assumed it was something her new teachers say, but she quickly corrected me: "No, no, Andrea says hurry up!" She then went right back to playing, laughing and calling out, "hurry up hurry up!!" That moment alone speaks volumes about how much Andrea means to my daughter. She started at Happy daycare when she was just 1.5 years old. As a first-time mom, I cried on her first day, and Arti sat with me, gently reassuring me that we just needed to give her time to build trust. I can't express how much it meant knowing they understood this was her first time away from home. Within a week, the tears stopped. On her last day, I was the one still in tears because Andrea wouldn't be caring for my little girl anymore. Andrea is incredibly kind and patient. She cared for my daughter with so much warmth that even on weekends, my little one would ask to go see her and this happened more times than I can count. I never had to worry about food it was all taken care of at the daycare. During a medical emergency with my daughter, both Andrea and Arti stayed with her until I arrived, then remained by my side as we figured out the next steps. My daughter still misses Andrea to this day, and I know she will for a long time.

I appreciate that Aarti sends frequent updates, and we even got a video of my child taking his first steps at the daycare. She also reads to the children daily, and now my child enjoys listening to books at home. When he was younger, he learned a lot from interacting with the older toddlers. As an older toddler now, he has learned how to be nice around babies. Overall, Aarti creates a caring environment for the children to learn, play, and become good friends.

I don't recommend any parents send their infant to this provider because of two reasons: 1. The infant room is SUPER noisy, and teachers let infants cry. I don't know why but it's always very noisy no matter what time I visit. Sometimes teachers are so busy and let multiple kids cry for a long time. My son usually doesn't cry at home and all nannies say he is a very calm boy, but after the first day in this daycare, he cried too much and lost his voice when he was back home. 2. It's not a good environment to take naps. Crib area is next to activity area so the napping area is also noisy. My son usually has 1.5 hour long nap at home. I understand it might be different in daycare, but he never took a nap longer than 30mins there, and every night he looks exausted back home. I do appreciate teachers' hard work because taking care of infants is not easy. I also like how easy to go outside from the infant room. However, compare to some other providers, this is not an ideal choice for infants. Hope this review can be helpful for some new parents, especially if you are considering Broght Horizons, I suggest to take tours in other locations so you will have better ideas.

Liz has done a great job of creating a warm, safe, and structured place for children to learn, play, and grow. My daughter started there at 16 months, and on her very first day felt so comfortable and welcomed, that as soon as she saw the inside of FSLH and felt its warmth, she walked right in and didn't even look back to say goodbye! Not to say there weren't some tough days, as it can be challenging for young kids to understand that parents have to work, but Liz and her staff are all so loving and nurturing, and keep the children so engaged with fun learning activities and play time, that the children, much like mine, quickly adapt. Fast forward through the infant/ toddler programs to her recent "graduation" from the FSLH preschool program at age 4, and my daughter knows her letters, numbers , and knows how to write her name-- she is so ready for TK! I should mention that Liz and her staff also provide instruction in Spanish, so my daughter was able to learn and practice two languages while there. Also provided are two delicious and healthy meals (breakfast and lunch) and an afternoon snack, which my daughter and her FSLH friends enjoyed, but was also such a huge help and relief for me, as a busy single working Mom, not to have to worry about preparing those meals. As a first time Mom, I also felt very fortunate to have the support of someone like Liz with years of experience as a Mom, educator, and a daycare provider...and so I feel I learned a lot from FSLH, as did my daughter. Most importantly, and the best part of First Steps Learning Home, is that the staff always made my daughter feel so loved and special, from the moment she walked through the door every morning at drop off, until it was time to say goodbye at pick-up. Thank you, Ms. Liz, Ms. Alejandra, Ms. Paola and all of the wonderful FSLH staff throughout the years that made my daughter's daycare/preschool experience such a success and one that we will always cherish.

Miss Liz and Miss Alejandra have been exceptional in their care and attention. Their genuine affection for each child is apparent in everything they do. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where each child feels valued and loved. Their dedication to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment is truly commendable. The family-like feel of the daycare is something I particularly cherish. There's a palpable sense of community and connection among the staff, children, and parents. It's this environment that has made my son's time here so enriching and joyful. My son and I do not speak Spanish so I can't overlook the incredible benefit of my son becoming bilingual thanks to the immersive language experience at First Steps Learning. The language-rich environment provided by Miss Liz has played a crucial role in his language development, and I couldn't be happier with his progress. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better daycare experience for my son. First Steps Learning has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my sons growth and development. If you're looking for a place where your child will be cared for, cherished, and encouraged to learn and thrive, I highly recommend First Steps Learning. We miss you FSL!!!

When she started with NuNu at 18 months old, those worries disappeared immediately. NuNu provided a loving, nurturing environment that instantly put my mind at ease. Throughout our time there, communication was excellent. NuNu sent pictures and videos throughout the day so we could see what our daughter was up to, and she always discussed any issues that came up. As the kids grew older, NuNu had a wonderful way of recognizing each child's unique personality and interests. She made sure to offer activities that matched what they enjoyed, whether that was calm puzzle time and coloring for the girls who preferred that, or active play for the boys who wanted to run around. She truly supported what made each child feel complete. Our daughter stayed with NuNu all the way until she started TK at age 4. She made great friends there that we still see even after leaving! We were sad to go when it was time for TK, but we recommend NuNu 1000/100! If you're looking for someone who will care for your child like family, this is the place.

We had toured so many daycares before this one and like most first time moms, I was extremely anxious about being away from my baby. I wanted him to be with people who loved him and cared for him just like his family does, and we were lucky enough to find that at Delsa daycare. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt an overwhelming sense of safety, warmth, and joy. The home is not only clean and secure, but also full of fun, creativity, and learning opportunities for the kids. They even have a private outdoor area so the kids can play outside. Food was included, All homemade and healthy, and my son absolutely loved Nunus cooking! The price was very affordable especially for the area. The teachers, Nunu and Liz, are absolutely amazing. so kind, caring, and gentle. They are literal angels!!! It's clear that they genuinely love what they do and treat every child as if they were their own. They keep the class size small as well so that they can give every child the attention they need. One of the things I appreciated most was their constant communication. They would go above and beyond to keep us connected to our child's day by sending multiple photos and videos. We would get updates on eating habits or if he seemed tired or might be catching a cold. It brought us so much comfort and joy to see all the sweet and fun moments we would otherwise miss. Over the last few years our little one would light up every morning when we arrived and he would come home happy and full of stories. It was hard to say goodbye when our son was ready for pre-k/T-k, but we are so thankful for the experience. Delsa daycare has been a true blessing for our family. If you're looking for a place where your child will be loved, nurtured, and encouraged to learn and grow, this is it!
